Mike Day

Mike is a Special Investigator for Anderson Investigations, LLC. Mike began his career in the fire service in 1993 as a volunteer firefighter with the Kirksville, Mo Fire Department. In 2000, Mike became a career firefighter with the Overland Park Fire Department and is currently a shift investigator for “A” battalion, as well as a firefighter/paramedic.
Mike has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Kansas. Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management with an emphasis in fire services from Ottawa University in 2004. Mike completed the Overland Park Leadership Forum in April 2008.
Mike became a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators in September 2006. He holds memberships with the International Association of Arson Investigators, and with Missouri and Kansas Chapters of the IAAI.
