Scott Hoch is an investigator that has been associated with the Fire Service in the public sector since 1981. He has two Associates Degrees (One in Fire Science) from Kansas City Kansas Community College as well as a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University. He currently serves as a Battalion Chief in a local fire department.
He began working in the private sector for Jacobs Investigations in 1989 and later Independent Insurance Investigations Incorporated in 1992. Those two firms merged in 1996 as Consolidated Forensic Investigation Incorporated where he worked until 2005 when the company dissolved and he became a member of Anderson Investigations, LLC.
Scott is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigator (IAAI) and the Kansas Chapter of the IAAI. He has been an IAAI Certified Fire Investigator sine 1999. He is also licensed as a Kansas State Private Investigator. He has rendered testimony in both civil and criminal cases.
